Sumatra Madheling Decaf Coffee!

The Sumatra Madheling coffee is named after an
Indonesian ethnic group and this coffee also happens
to be one of the favorites of many coffee lovers
across the globe. Gotten from the west coast area
of the Sumatra's high altitudes, this coffee bean is
slightly acidic in comparison with other coffee varieties.

Thankfully, the decaffeinated coffee lovers can also
enjoy the goodness of Sumatra Madheling decaf
flavored coffee beans. The decaffeinated version
of this coffee is known to have the following:

Rich heavy body Come in different exotic flavors
Has low acidity Earthy richness Has a pretty strong
syrupy after taste.

It is certainly no secret that a lot of coffee producing
companies are realizing that they need to produce the
decaffeinated coffee version of gourmet coffees so
as to keep up with the ever increasing decaf coffee
drinking population. A lot of people are now switching
to decaf coffee in order to live healthier lives.

The taste of flavored coffee beans is also very satisfying,
coffee does not have to pack a knock out punch in order
to be totally satisfying. Sumatra Madheling decaf coffee
version is known to have a senses awakening taste.

Simple Solutions For A Better Cup Of Java!

Does it make a difference how you brew
your coffee?  The answer is a big YES!
For instance, take a typical automatic
drip coffee machine.

I've found a huge difference in the coffee
taste by simply not using the paper filter
when brewing. I found a screened basket
that fits most drip coffee makers to replace
the paper filter.
(By the way, DeLonghi machines come with
a gold tone screened basket.)

You see, most of  the oils and crema stay
in the paper filter and never reach your
cup with that wonderful flavor we all enjoy!

Another way to enjoy your favorite espresso,
regular or decaf coffee is the French Press.
An inexpensive maker that uses no paper
filters and allows those precious oils to make
it to your cup and then to your palette.

History of Gift Baskets!

Although we might think of gift baskets as a
modern way to give gifts, they have actually
a rather long legacy. Spanning years and
cultures, there are several fascinating stories
of gift baskets that have been given throughout
history.

Likely one of the earliest accounts of a gift
coming in a basket is the basket of young
plants that the pagan goddess Eostre carried
in a basket, to be used as a sacred offering.

Although some scholars argue the place of
Eostre in Easter history, nevertheless this is
the likely source of the idea of what came to
be the modern-day Easter gift baskets.

Another early gift basket story that had sacred
connotations is the Old Testament story of
Moses' mother placing the infant Moses into
a wicker basket. She then hid the basket in the
reeds on the river's edge so that the daughter
of the Egyptian royal family would find him and
eventually take Moses into her custody and
protection.

Top Health Benefits Of Coffee!

It looks like coffee has two main ways of
improving the health of your body:
antioxidants and caffeine. Both these
substances have health and anti aging
benefits. Antioxidants, for example, help
your body repair damage to cells caused
by free radicals (which are produced as a
byproduct of cells just doing their daily thing).

Caffeine has been shown to help improve a
range of symptoms and may even be important
in fighting of Parkinson’s Disease and other
age-related brain problems. Coffee is loaded
with both antioxidants and caffeine, and each
has different potential benefits for improving health
and reducing the risk of chronic illnesses.
