This Organic El Salvador Cuzcachapa (Sacred
Waters) coffee is rich in flavor, full bodied, and
possesses a vibrant acidity. It is light roasted, but
as it cools, the intricate flavors change to give it a
nice, orange essence.

Organic El Salvador Cuzcachapa coffee is grown
on environmentally friendly coffee plantations. It's
communally responsible coffee, and has won
esteemed national awards and attention. Recently,
the Cuzcachapa won the "Best Coffee Company in 
El Salvador" Award in 2007. Since 2005, it has
been the official processing mill for the annual
"Cup of Excellence" competition.
