Just in time for the Holiday dinners & celebrating,
a delicious coffee recipe!
Holiday au Lait;
A spiced coffee that is perfectly suited for the
holiday season, but you can make this
cafe au lait style drink any time of the year.
Cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg go so well together.
Ingredients:
1 cup hot Colombia Supremo coffee
8 oz milk
1 oz vanilla syrup or extract
1/8 tsp of each: cinnamon, sugar, allspice, cloves
Preparation:
In the bottom of your mug, mix the spices and vanilla.
Fill halfway with hot coffee, then the other half with
warm milk.
